Dr Krystle L. Tran |

Dr Krystle Tran established Strathfield Chiropractic Centre after working in private practice and medical centres with GPs in the Homebush area. 

 

Dr Krystle Tran holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science degree from Macquarie University. After completing her undergraduate degree, she continued to further her education to achieve a Masters degree in Chiropractic. 

Dr Krystle Tran has special interest in chronic spinal pain (low back pain), balance disorders (dizziness and vertigo), neck pain (headaches, whiplash), nerve pain/radiculopathy (sciatica). She has also had further education in Paediatric care and women health. 

When Dr Krystle Tran is not at the clinic she is teaching at Macquarie University. She strives to inspire and teach students in the Chiropractic Masters program as a Lecturer, Tutor and Senior Clinical Supervisor. She is also involved with marking and a chiropractic clinical competency examiner.

Dr Rodney Steventon |

Principal Chiropractor

Dr. Rodney Steventon established Burwood Chiropractic Centre in 1976. During the last 40 years he has helped many thousands of people. He has also been integral to the careers of many Chiropractors who have spent time training and honing their knowledge under the guidance of Dr. Steventon.

Dr. Rodney Steventon graduated from the Sydney College of Chiropractic and Osteopathy in 1976 and is both a Qualified Chiropractor and Osteopath. Dr. Rodney Steventon has particular interest in radiculopathies (shooting nerve pain), especially of the sciatic nerve and its branches (sciatica). He is also interested in sinus problems,heart problems associated with the neck, and cranial therapies associated with reconstructive orthodontic procedures.

Dr. Rodney Steventon was awarded the Chiropractic Association of Australia - Chiropractic Excellence Award in 2000. He is a also member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia and the Chiropractic and Osteopathic College of Australiasia.

When not working in the office, Rod will often spend his weekends at his farm in Parkes with his wife Sue and the family, working hard to grow crops, sheep and an ever expanding amount of grandchildren!

Dr Nicole Marshall |

Chiropractor

 

B.Sp.Sc (UNSW), M.Chir. (Macq. Uni.)

 

Dr. Nicole Marshall graduated with a Bachelor of Sports Science in Exercise Science from the University of New South Wales in 1996. Following graduation, Nicole worked as an exercise physiologist specialising in rehabilitation of injured workers. This work inspired her to further study into the field of Chiropractic.

Dr. Nicole Marshall returned to study Chiroractic at Macquarie University in 1999. During Nicole's study, she worked at Burwood Chiropractic Centre as a Chiropractic Assistant, gaining a wealth of experience, which assisted greatly following Nicole's graduation in 2003 with a Masters of Chiropractic.

Nicole took up the role of Locum Chiropractor for Dr. Rodney Steventon. Following the Locum placement, Nicole accepted a full time position to work as a Chiropractor at Burwood Chiropractic Centre.

Dr. Nicole Marshall has interests in restoring biomechanical alignment of the feet to maintain correct spinal posture. Nicole is also focused on the integrity of nervous system and musculoskeletal conditions arising from injuries to the body.

Dr. Nicole Marshall is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia (CAA).

Away from Chiropractic, Nicole loves spending her time with her husband Steve and young daughters Madison and Monique.

Dr Dean Esposito |

Chiropractor

 

B.Psych (UNSW), B.Chiro (Macq), M.Chiro (Macq), MRes (Macq)

 

As a graduate of Psychology and Chiropractic, Dean is passionate about providing patient-orientated care to the community for all musculoskeletal complaints. During his studies, he was awarded the prestigious Gary Stavrou award for manipulative technique.
 
In addition to clinic practice, Dean also holds a Master of Research in Nuclear Imaging and Arthritis. He is a sessional academic in radiology, as well as an associate supervisor at Macquarie University.


His goal is to provide a supportive environment for patients to feel empowered about their own involvement within their health.

Claire Greenaway |

Massage Therapist

 

Claire attended the Australasian College of Natural Therapies where she learnt a plethora of modalities including remedial and sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and reflexology. She graduated in 2007 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies and Certificate IV in Aromatherapy.

After completing Level I Reiki training in 2008 Claire developed a holistic approach to her treatments, caring for not only the physical but also the emotional and spiritual bodies. In 2013 Claire received her Diploma in Beauty Therapy from the Australian Academy of Beauty and Spa Therapy where she studied to expand her skills and treatment knowledge.
