Gymbaroo is not simply a "gym" or a "playgroup". It is an educational centre aimed at helping parents and carers learn more about the importance of early childhood development in relation to later school learning. GymbaROO’s aim is to show parents how to help their child reach their full potential in life.

 

Neurological Research indicates that 75% of brain development occurs during the first 5 years of a child's life, (Australian Government Dept of Education, Science and Training). Children learn more in the first few years of life than in any other times of their life. Recent research has shown that appropriate learning experiences and stimulating activities in these early years can have a positive impact on a child’s entire life.

 

GymbaROO offers a broad range of experiences within a loving and caring environment. We aim to encourage happy and bright children who love learning and are given every opportunity to reach their full potential on life. What more as parents could we ask for?

 

Parents learn about neurological development, the importance of activities in early childhood and its impact on their children’s achievement and school life. Our experienced teachers are a great source of information and complement the weekly handouts that you receive each week on child development.
